Vitiligo Beauty Co. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Vitiligo Beauty Co., every appointment is reserved with care and intention to provide you with the best possible service experience. Please take a moment to review our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling: ✨Retainer A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost and confirms your commitment to the scheduled time. 🗓️Rescheduling We understand that life happens! You are allowed one courtesy reschedule per appointment at no additional cost. • Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. • Additional reschedules will require a new deposit to book. Cancellations & No-Shows • If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. • No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in full service charges and may affect future booking privileges. By booking with Vitiligo Beauty Co., you agree to these terms. Thank you for respecting our time and commitment to providing exceptional care. Additional Policies: ⏰ Late Policy Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and deposit. Tardiness reduces your service time and may result in the appointment being canceled at the artist’s discretion. A new deposit will be required to rebook. 📸 Photography Opt-Out Policy Vitiligo Beauty Co. LLC uses content from client appointments to empower others and document transformations. If you wish to opt out of having your photos or videos used for marketing purposes, an additional $50 privacy fee applies. You must notify Llexi at least 48 hours before your appointment if you choose this option.
